Athletic
& team training
in Strathroy.

Speed, power, strength and conditioning for athletes and teams, in season and out. From individual athletes chasing an edge to dry-land sessions for local girls' hockey teams.

01 · The approach

How I
coach it.

Skill wins games, but strength, speed and conditioning decide who still has it in the third period. Athletic training builds the physical base your sport runs on, and helps protect you from the injuries that end seasons early.

I build training around your sport and your calendar: heavier strength work in the off-season, sharper and lighter work in season. Every session is coached, with technique taught properly so young athletes build habits that last.

Teams can train together too. I run dry-land sessions for local U11 and U13 girls' hockey teams in the turf area at Anytime Fitness Strathroy, and the same approach works for any sport.

04 · FAQ

Questions,
answered.

What ages do you train?

I've coached athletes as young as 11. Training is always scaled to age and experience, with technique coming first.

Can you run sessions for our whole team?

Yes. I run dry-land sessions for local hockey teams. Get in touch with your team size and schedule and we can plan it out.

Is this only for hockey?

No. Speed, strength and conditioning help in almost every sport, and I build each plan around the sport you play.

When should athletes start training?

The off-season is ideal for building strength, but it is never too late. In-season training keeps you strong and helps prevent injury.
