Rehabilitation
training
in Strathroy.
For life after injury, surgery or physio, and for anyone living with pain or a medical condition. I help you rebuild strength, stability and range of motion at a pace your body agrees with.
01 · The approach
How I
coach it.
A lot of people arrive with more than a fitness goal: a back that's been bugging them for years, stiff joints, an old injury, or a condition they're managing with their doctor. None of that means you have to wait to get stronger. It just means we plan smarter.
I start with your health history, not a workout. I work within your doctor's or physiotherapist's guidance, ask for medical clearance when it's needed, and progress at a pace your body is ready for. Every session, I watch how you move and adjust the load, range and exercises to match.
The goal is simple: move better, hurt less, and get back to the things you've been missing. Strength is often the thing that makes everyday life easier again.

04 · FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Is this the same as physiotherapy?
No. Physiotherapy diagnoses and treats injuries. Rehabilitation training builds strength and movement around that care, working within your physio or doctor's guidance.
I have a medical condition. Can I still train?
In most cases, yes, and it's often one of the best things you can do. Mention it in the form so I can plan ahead, and check with your doctor before starting.
What if something hurts during a session?
Tell me. I adjust the exercise, the range or the load on the spot. You'll never be pushed through pain.
Am I too old to start?
No. Some of my clients started in their 60s, and strength is one of the best things you can build at any age.
Your first step is one conversation. Free, personal and no pressure.
